FFA-style means you post the DoW at the same time you start the FS, while the 1A ppl post it when the FS is over (if they can be bothered)

This is the dumbest thread ive ever seen. Ive played in ffa old school, and never have i saw pandora, nor any other tags post there dec before they hit.

everyone is chomping at the bit in an chat room. the dec is posted. then the dogs of war are unleashed.

and Ivan you don't need police when you get suicided. When you get Suicided your allies just help clean up the suicider.

sheesh...settle down kiddies. I'm sure it's not like the leaders that would normally post the FS were just a tad bit busy at the beginning of a massive FS. Don't worry though, they seem to have done a great job of killing you guys even w/o officially being at war, and you guys did a great job dying even w/o the dec.

Mars, the only war I know that BSS and UP fought was when you DOW'd US during the TC/Takers clusterfluff after we fluffed up MIA and finished tagkilling NHDP.

You outnumbered us and had triple the avg net and god knows how much more total networth.

And we done fluffed you up!

I remember Takers had PANLV, SWORDS had NHDP, DWAR had MIA you had us and I think IMP or NBK had BOD *I really can't remember who took them out.* and we only outnumbered you because we had 200 extra countries due to that fluffed up tag bug.

I'll admit you fluff us up the first time and tag killed us but we returned the favor the next set and tag killed you lol

If this is in reference to the TAKERS/TC set, you are dead wrong on how that all panned oot.

If this is the set after, then I wouldn't know. I left the game after that TC set.

How were they hiding? AoDT has been telling folks since last set they were gonna whoop on NBK.

Maybe I'm missing your point here, but I see it as utterly pointless whether AoDT posts their war dec before or after the FS starts (a whopping hour after, at that), or how it in any way shape or form affects the outcome of the war. Those countries were going to do whether the dec was posted or not, and NBK did not suffer any more than they would have it were posted before the first hits were made.

There is no hiding. There are new channels and websites made for a reason. Also, War dec has been posted during the FS. If, i dunno, 100 AoDT countries rain hell on NBK i think its safe to say you have been decced on ;)

Nah Declaring war was always standard, and admittedly not everyone did that, but no matter who it was, it always looked bad for them.

Aodt had pretty much everything going for it, and decided to be less then pro's in how they handled this. Not surprising, but I understand why people are pissed off.

So many ways to die, only one way to live...

I can't honestly say I remember this being such an issue for people until very recently, and I definitely don't see how it it is "less than professional" of a clan to post a war dec an hour into their FS......how has this in any way changed the war? Did NBK not know that they were at war with the clan they've known was coming all set, and was unloading on them left and right without any sort of FA talks about alternative reasons, and then do something unwarlike?
