I was just impressed that Tebow can throw horribly wobbly passes like a solid 30% of the time and actually still be an NFL QB.

Prater had nothing to do with any of the wins...also here is a fun fact he is 7-2 as a starter with a - pt differential that's pretty hard to do. They finally play teams with somewhat of an offense and they aren't so good when tebow has to throw more than 15 times a game

Whilst Tebow may not even be as good as a medicore passer, you haters seem to be missing one key element.

A leader is someone who makes everyone around him player better. This does seem to be happening in Denver.

So Tavaris Jackson is also a leader? The Seahawks had an very poor regular season last year (for a playoff team) and beat a beat up Saints team in the first round at home. Whats the difference?

I think that was Hasselback AJ ;)

And I don't think there are many Tebow "haters" as there are people who are sick of hearing about a bottom tier QB. He gets more coverage than the rest of the NFL combined. That 7-3 loss to the chiefs last week was one of the worst games I've ever watched and I've watched every Bills game for the last 10 years. The Broncos have no chance of beating good healthy football teams.

BW - Not Colts. He'll be traded for weapons for Luck. He'll return 1-2 years later as a OC than 3-4 years as HC.

Give it time.

If they Colts DON'T trade him, I'd be shocked.

They play to win the game. If the Broncos win I do not understand the hate for the QB.

Tell me, when was the last time Denver won a playoff game? Griese, Plummer, Cutler, and Orton all failed. With pretty much the same average team behind them. Why can't people give Tebow credit for winning against a 12-4 Steelers team? The most experienced playoff team against the least. Impressive to say the least.

nobody is hating them because they won. people are hating because all you ever hear is tebow this tebow that, hes not even that good. its like theyre taking a nobody and trying to make him a somebody by saying his name all the time.

anyways eli is the best QB and he will prove it when the giants give the pack their second loss this season this weekend and then go on to win the superbowl.

heres to hoping :P

Jan. 14, 2006 AFC Divisional Denver 27, New England 13

This was when new england was the two time defending champs and Jake Plummer was still quarterback.

Then the Saints steam-rolled them in the next game. So, 1 season of success in the playoffs since Elway until now. Almost as bad as the Bills after Kelly.

Blame the media, not the player. For years it was Tom Brady this, Tom Brady that... then Peyton Manning this and Peyton that... then Peyton v Eli, and Mike Vic, etc...

Now it is Tebow. It is hardly his fault. Just the nature of modern day twitter age sports media.

We can blame the media, agreed, but that won't curb my dislike of him. That clip of him singing "Our god is an awesome god" during passing warm ups is just too over the top

fluff Teblow. This week, he's facing a team who doesn't have half of its 22 STARTERS either playing injured or NOT playing due to injury.

I live in Denver... derrr.... of course.

But are you telling me that the last four Super Bowl winning teams didn't have amazing defenses that were half the reason they won?

Packers
Saints
Steelers
Giants

All had amazing defenses. However, we love to praise, Rodgers, Brees, Big Ben and Eli.

To me it's the same thing here.

I hate religion. But I also like to let people who like it have their own fun. I take that out of the equation. Before Tebow took over, I was watching one of the worst teams in football. Now they are in the divisional round. Nuff said.

Let's sum this up.

Patrios - 45 Broncos - 10 (and if Brady doesn't throw a pick near his own red zone, Denver prolly doesn't get THAT 6)

Brady - 363 yards, 6 TD's

TeBLOW 9 for 26 (yes kids, that's a 34.6% completion rate) 136yds
and 5 sacks.

Maybe now ESPN wont be so eager to lick the sweat off Tebow's nutsack. They played a team this week that was totally healthy and showed Denver for the weaksauce they really are. Hell. NO team in the AFC West was worth a fluff. Their playoff spot should have gone to a wild card in another division. Panks.

I'm sure Tim Tebow is a good guy. I don't wish him any ill. I was, however, rooting against him. That's pretty much entirely because of the obsessive coverage around him.

Tebow seemingly is a good leader and in general, a good football player. You may even be willing to call him a good quarterback, since QBs are judged by wins and losses. He is a terrible passer though, and I think Tebow or the Denver roster will have to make a huge step forward to duplicate their success this season.

And ESPN is annoying with their tendency to create and perpetuate stories, like they did with Tebow.

it seemed like denver lost more yards then they gained all game. tebow made his best passes while he was on the run (which was the entire game i suppose)
