Why do people post on AT saying "clan x please contact clan y's FA"

If you're an FA, don't you already have the contact info for said alliance or know where to access it? Which leads to the second question, why not contact said alliance directly?

What if there are no contacts from a particular alliance online when you do try to contact them? How else are you going to get that alliance's attention?

Well Nuke if they are on AT chances are they will see a PM. Im kinda on Requiems side here. There must be many other ways to contact a clans FA or president than posting it on AT lol

With that being said can Everyones FA contact everyones FA please lol

I think it is b/c not every FA gives out ALL their personal contact info to all other FA's. So if one FA cannot find another FA, they post here hoping someone in that alliance has better contact info than they do.

Requiem, as your FA - I am an attention whore and I want everybody to know how important I am. Plus those other things, some alliances last updated their contact lists with Commodore Vic-20's.
