I'm trying to get back to game speed here,I noticed being LGed by only Jets,I don't even recall being able to do that on older Earth,anywho,can LGs now be done with only Troops or Tanks too?

you can land grab with any combination of military you wish

and you always have been able to

except turrets of course

the wiki has all sorts of useful info if you need any of this type of info, but as you probably remember:

Troops get 1/1 off/def
Turrets get 0/2
Jets are 2/0
Tanks are 4/4

And Planned Strikes get a 50% bonus. Dicts get a boost and republics get a penalty. And of course, there's allies and weapons tech. Those are all the variables involved.

Good luck--unless you're trying to landgrab me, in which case, may you have many math errors when calculating your hit.

also if you have off allies their offensive military available comes to help not just jets.

You're probably right. My 20k acre cashers with a crapload of turrets and troops probably aren't really the ideal targets.

I can pretty much guarantee that at this point in the set, the only benefit he'll get from land is the actual NW that the land is worth, but again, I'm land-thin and defense heavy. I pretty much guarantee he'll lose more NW in military than he'll gain in land at this point.
