I haven't read the details of what PG posted, but that looks very much like the PDM land trade pact (I am pretty sure I spoke to PG about it though so that would make sense). PDM IS THE MOST INFLUENTIAL ALLIANCE IN THE GAME!!! OH THE IRONY!!!!
