Moral Decay and Sons of Liberty have negotiated a ceasefire.

Our ally, LCN have our gratitude for their war efforts. Without your aid and efforts, our battle would have been over far sooner.

Any outstanding retals will be taken by Omega, but hits made from this point forward against Moral Decay will have the retals taken by MD. Thanks Omega, for watching our backs.
