Being #1 does depend on land. Look at llaar last set, could have took #1 soooo easy if he got that land maybe a week before, and farmed like a mofo, sold on the PM, and bought out, or even going MBR lol he could have easily hit anywhere between 1-2b or more, but that wasnt his goal wasnt it?
