If Imag was going to FS either Laf, LCN or MD... it would have to be someone who they have iffy relations with. I think Imag has a good standing with these alliances at the moment.

I see these alliances coming against their common enemy SOL. In iMages mind that is a great thing.

The only way I can see iMage getting involved if they fear that the alliances involved (LCN,MD,LAF and I guess SOF?) in this war may come together (forming a coalition) and strike out at other alliances this set who they feel are striking out at netting alliances for no reason*.

*this view is the view of inviduals on AT and not my own

Sanct is the obvious choice here (unpacted, only sligtly bigger which would be negated by the FS, also warring setups) but I suspect iMag lacks the balls to take on such a fair fight.
