So, after quite a bit of discussion at the admin level, we've decided to broaden the type of threads that are allowed on AT to be more in line with the classic AT.

It turns out, that it was mainly Nukevil moving threads and the other admins liked the politic and debate threads on AT, so this is just an announcement saying that we're allowing them again.

We're going to allow on-topic Alliance server discussions, along with threads that discuss current events, politics or anything of that sort. However, if you want to get a review on a computer product, like a new movie or want to talk about sports, please continue to use General Talk.

I'd also ask that everyone please keep the debates at least semi-intelligent. Ripping on someone for their beliefs won't be accepted, but bringing an alternative viewpoint forward will be.

I've been wanting to do this for a long time, so we'll see how it goes :)
Also, we may need some forum-specific mods, especially for AT, so if you're interested... think about it and let us know :p
