finally made it to 45 lol

I liked it at 46 though, wanted to try and get someone to GS me when they get to 46, and it takes you down to 1 population, as GS only allows 5 until the last hit which would be 1 right?

Fasc gets -15% pop, it helps.

edit: 5 pop wont give NW, 6 pop *0.85 = 5.1 = 5

no but im talking about, I got stuck at 6 right. so if someone else gets down to where I am, buys 1 troop, and GS's me, losing 5 population in the hit. leaving me with 1 population... how much does each pop give you in nw?

Thats what I`m saying. 6 pop gives 1nw, 5 pop gives 0.

Having 5 pop is exactly the same as having 1 because it gets round down.

I`m saying you dont need anyone to GS you (and that person would probably do two GS by "mistake" anyway)

Maximum Population = 12*Land * (1 - 0.95*TaxRate) * (1 + 2*Res/Land) * ResTech%

Land = 1
Tax = 0.7
Res/Land = 0
ResTech% = 1

Maximum Population = 12*1 * (1 - 0.95*0.7) * (1 + 2*0) *
1 = 12 * (1 - 0.665) *1 = 12 * 0.335 = 4.02 < 6
=> Your pop gives 0 NW
=> You only get NW from land which is 45 nw

Maybe you didnt set the tax to max?

I remember landkilling an imag country a few resets ago. The country was down to $45 nw, so I just dropped down to his range. I had a choice of making 1 or 2 GSes, 1 BR, or one SS.

I gained 1 acre. Then went on to kill 23 more countries that reset.

back in the e2025 days i tried to do this (get lowest net) just to screw around. after i dropped below like 1k nw it created a bug where my country showed up multiple times under the LaF tag (hence increasing our member count but severly dragging down our ANW)

so LaF had to create the LaFMehul tag haha. to this day i have no idea how mehul can even fluff up the tag member coding that bad to start multiplying countries that are of extremly low nw...

my theory was he considered any country below a certain nw as a new country everyday and added it to the tag roster and assumed people only gained nw from turn 0.

pretty n00b programming by mehul if you ask me ;P

there was one round in old earth2025 that the lowest networth was negative 1.9bil :) heh.. but I don't think that counted

but about 3/4ths of all countries in the game got deleted that round :P
