What happened to the days of wars that were mean and people talked tons of crap back and forth on the boards while warring?

Now clans compliment each other during war and get all fluffy.

Not enough clans. If you piss off 2-3 of the bigger clans, you pretty much piss off 40%+ of the server, and if you're a war clan that wants to war every set, that might be okay, but even then, as NBK/AoDT showed, it gets boring for some people to just fight the same people over and over again.

If this game can grow back up to even 2-3x the size it currently is, it'll bring in enough people to bring back more trash talking, too.
