73 for the number of times they intend to actually go to your house, ring the doorbell and run away (occasionally, flaming dog poop in a bag will be substituted for variety)

See, fordy and I agreed on a "Kill Havoc" pact. CC will not hit PANLV except for your countries, which will be killed 4 times (each, of course).

I have to say, I'm still the king of Havoc antagonizing, but only because of the sheer amount of harassing I do to him. If you guys put forth your full talents towards messing with Havoc, I'd have to get the full efforts of my fellow PANers pokey bigwiggle and angryjesus to have any chance of staying on top.
