I know here in canada we have something called buyers insurance which would protect us from something like. my parents were almost hit for a 500 dollar water bill left over from the previous owner, but the buyers insurance protected them. do they have anything like that in the states?
i can't move to Detroit, the dang potholes in Michigan are bigger than my Celica.
i dunno, that sounds kinda like a lien against the house, and i kinda think that the buyer may be held accountable... oh, it was already mentioned. yeah, in the US, we're responsible for paying for the debts of the homeless people who gave us the opportunity to kick them out of their houses.
oh, and no, i got kicked out of my mom's basement because my brothers couldn't handle their alcohol. sex, drugs, prostitutes... well, i might've been cussing too much when i was playing PGR2 and having difficulties getting all the Platinum Medals, but i feel much better now that i've done it. yah, it was probably the cussing that did it.
