just curious as to how my all-x 200 turn country is killing other countries ;D

If SoL is just nervous, I will put your mind at ease. This is a SoL tribute reset which I decided to respect. i.e. this means I won't be taking any of my retals (owed) against SoL this reset ;)

So, if for some reason SoL member countries (noobs as LI put it) are getting hit it's not coming from me :p
