My rule is that if its over 40c, you don't go outside at all.
And I'd probably consider 39.3 close enough to 40 to bend that rule.

I'll take my -10 over +40 any damn day, thank you very much :-P

You can always put more clothes on....at some point, most countries have laws governing how many you can take off ;-)
