A couple of things. One, if you see Detmer playing, tell him to get off and quit Earth (or at least stop playing a country). He's been playing this game too long.

Secondly, I heard about what happened with the whole Jared Loughner story through him. (Partly how I found about E:E, through Det). Sorry to hear about all this, but glad to see you guys are getting through this all despite all the publicity and connections to him.

Good to see all you guys posting on here. LaFers (though not Hanlong since he shoulda quit permanently too), SoFers (Martian!), and some familiar AT faces back in the day. And glad to see you guys finally took the game away from MP and kept it going. What took so long? :P

yes. it is highlighted because regular swear words are replaced with 'fluff' we couldn't tell if someone was swearing or not, so we highlight when someone actually types fluff.

TAN, he is originally from the Portland suburbs but went to UW and had the good sense to hang around for a grad degree there (unlike the fools who choose to go to Wisconsin...).

Xav you may be killing my country,

I am so tempted in joining NM, just a quiet style of netting on an all-x country. SoF is going to be so big next reset, and i have such a soft spot for the underdogs.

darn it I got a couple more weeks to make this decision,and I'm just not sold on SoF yet. I just see myself as being lost in the melee with SoF, too many peeps. Flip-side is; it would be a good place to hide out, and keep a low/lazy profile in.

... hehe the hard road or the easy road :p This may end up being a drop the alliance names in a hat and pick one at random.

My short list: SoF, Laf, NM, WoF

hehe on the being farmland ... I went farmer @2100 acres and was stocking about 1.5 - 2 mil bushels per day (just got the tech up) and got to 30 mil bushels in 2 weeks no prob while being farmed ;) ... hehe but then with the recent ceasefire the war alliances got a little too land hungry.

i'm good found my way back to the game 2 sets ago when i got an email saying sof had been FSed, they were under 30 members at the time. A lot of the old vets came back and we are now looking pretty damn solid :)

back into war leadership to so its all good
