If you have low defense's and lots a land, you're a target! because there are hunters out here looking to make big land grabs in the last 12 hours before GDI kicks in. It's not me. I have not hit a live player in this set, Vic didn't hit me this round. Last round I hit vic for 4000 acres, he could not take back lol.

Supes, I've been telling the netters on the server that there's a "market inefficiency" in grabbing on this server and as soon as someone breaks the meta with hitting human targets and wins this server is going to go wild west again.

I check in and admire scores these guys are hitting recently, just haven’t played express in a while. Also ratskis forum posts over here are usually pretty entertaining too. Express is cool.

Idk if we have some newbs on the server..but they are definitely gonna find out. I never hit humans unless they hit me first. Now last set I accidentally retailed the wrong guy, ill admit that. Sh!t happens lmao.

I have even been hit by guys who end up finishing top 10. Hell one of the guys has even finished #1 in recent rounds that hit me.

I am not going to feel bad when I start hitting people over bots if me getting hit every round is the new normal….

I call it land swap one hit only, that way I don't open a war. And I know there will be a retail, and sometimes, it doesn't happen ..lol. I like to stir the pot now and then. My Biggest issue, is the Bots keep growing in net worth after GDI, locks up hitting, so that leaves two choices tech to the end or cash to the end, and even with 30.000 acres, I my countries still nosedives in the standings the last 12 hours, who knows I might figure it out one day.

Grabbing me twice at the end of a round was a jerk move SuperFly. I find it amusing that started this thread to complain about being grabbed but you've hit me like four rounds in a row now and pulled the cowardly last minute grabs.

Then I used my turns as quickly as I could and retalled you as soon as I had the NW for it. I'm not a fan of waiting a super long time for retals. Also I wasn't all-jetter, i was 60/40 jets/turrets which is more turret heavy than most CIs run. The game allows you to sell 45% of your military, so not sure why you're getting all judgy that I was a Indy selling my indy units. I obviously couldn't sell the jets I PSed you with.

This is your hypocrasy. You apparently are the judge of when it's ok to hit human players and when it's not. A high NW techer grabs you on the last day when you have 1m jets and you make a forum post complaining about it. But then I'm playing a CI that runs turns late in the game and it's "don't hang out in the bottom". You want to have it both ways and feel like a victim when someone runs a better country than you and feel like it's justified to grab whoever you want.

Your convoluted sense of morals on this game are a crock and you're just a long-time player who isn't skilled enough to actually compete and you want to blame it on everyone else.

You also literally posted in another thread about game issues that it "happened to me earlier as well.". If brigades don't come back you can't grab - if hitting "send attack" returns a blank page you can't grab.

You say you're complaining about "players who are only hitting and breaking GDI for the sake of being pests". To me, this means players who grab other players unprovoked, retal on retal, grab multiple times, and grab "for the sake of being pests".

This last round you:
- Grabbed me unprovoked.
- Retalled my retal.
- Grabbed me twice on your ROR.
- The above two grabs were with 9-8 minutes left in the round, so you lost NW and got negative return on the grabs. You literally hit me just to hit me. If that's not "for the sake of being pests" I don't know what is.

So you may call me blind, but the way I see it you are acting no better than the players you want Slagpit to ban.

I didn't come "here with a pitch fork" until you RORed and did it with 10 minutes left in the round. I generally get positive land on your grabs, so they don't really bother me that much. You starting to act "like a pest" is why I came to this thread.

You can go back to the second post on this thread for my position. You asked if we're back to hitting players and I said "I hope not. I rather enjoy sitting here hugging my tree." I have no interest in land trading or warring you, but if you hit me I'm going to retal and I'm going to try to do it as quickly as I can.

If you want to be a pest like all of the players you are calling out - go for it. But at least be honest about the sort of player you are.

If you want to be a strong netter - go for it. You've got way more experience and talent than I do. If you want to start competing for #1 finishes you have more than enough ability to do it. (You have 8 #1 finishes, that's more than me) I can tell you right now losing land trades with me and other netters is not how you're going to win rounds though. If you look at the thread I made about 2026 winners you'll see the top of the list is almost entirely made up of players who do not hit other players. The return on grabbing humans in the current meta isn't worth it.

If you're not sure how to improve there are a number of players who are happy to provide guidance. I'm far better in express because I listened to the advice of the netters a tier above me in skill. I'm not at their level, but i'm happy to share what I know.

If you want to keep acting like you're some superior player and then throwing sour grapes when I retal you then i'm going to continue coming to the forum to tell you that you're a hypocrite.

Skylo hit me one time and he was not griefing. He was a top 10 guy who bottom feed me while I was low in the scores with lots of land just like I did to you.

Go look at news. Lots of people who finish top 10 or top 5 bottom feed a human player with one PS on the last day cuz they have lots of land and it’s better to hit a low NW human for 1k land in 2 turns than it is to SS a bot 5-6 times to get 1k land. An elite netter of your caliber probably bottom feeds once in awhile as well.

Either way Primeval said nice and clearly above. Getting hit is a game mechanic so just live with it and don’t sit around on 20k land and 500k turrets.

You are just asking for Ratski, Denshu, nostalgiarus or hell even theSkylo or some other top netter to PS you in lieu of a hitting a bot multiple times…

Theo you are a skilled netter by your own words and all your #1 finishes. Why don’t you take Vic’s theory above and it put it to the test. Instead of spending 120 turns grabbing DR’ed bots to 30k land why don’t you PS all the humans here 1 time after they farmed the bots so that you can get 30k land in 20 PS and only 40 turns. Use the other 80 turns to cash out or whatever and buy turrets to defend the land.

After looking at your profile it seems that you do not excel in servers where there are no bots and you gotta rely on turrets to defend the land.

Try it out in express man it’s only 72hrs so restart again and try again next round. Maybe then you can compete in classic or conquest the only two servers that actually require real skill as you are competing against players for land not defenseless bots.

I’ll even admit that I can’t master conquest as it’s cut throat but primary is a bit easier to handle…

It’s interesting how none of the guys who win express every week have even placed in top 10 on either of those servers and most of these express elites have give up after 1-3 attempts cuz they can’t handle getting land grabbed :(

I've been trying to convince theo, skylo, lawrence, nitell, etc about my grabbing market inefficiency theory. I just haven't had time to come back to express and do it.

I'm not a fan of the servers where the REAL skill is and I need to hit other players. I only play to get the premium credits and because I think the game overall needs as much participation as it can get. I haven't put in the effort to find good builds in those servers and find the best balance between gaining land and defense. So you're absolutely right, I don't have the skill to excel in those servers and that is 100% intentional.

Grabbing other players and being aggressive isn't my preferred playstyle. But I'm at least willing to admit the type of player that I am and I'm not trying to be two faced about what I think is acceptable about playing this game.

I hit a low numbered player thinking I was hitting a Bot #4, I thought live players start at 60 or something like that, but only to find out #4 is a live player, after I hit it 3 times, I am not sure how that can happen low numbered live player, in the first 40 Bots numbers. I just hope it was not Catankins, lol
