There have been quite a few times that I try to log in on my cell and it tells me I am banned from the alliance server and to contact a mod or administrator. It doesnt do this every time.

No issues logging in from my computer.

I think there can sometimes be issues with cookies too (so you could try clearing them if you don't have any VPN activity)?

It is a client-side issue.
Clear cookies and cache and then logout and relog back in.
