FYI, Premium users can now see estimated spyop success

Hi!

I updated the Announcements and B&S threads, but also wanted to post here to note that I've added a new feature to the spyop page.

When you choose a spyop and a country that is within range to spy, you will receive a fuzzy success estimation within a 5% range.

This estimate includes spy DR in the calculation.

Maybe on backend, but what I believe it does is just let you know what percent chance you have of obtaining an op.

It should base it off of a previous op. If it doesnt someone will come up with a formula to determine opponents spal by running through a list.

I disagree... This particular change, if it worked as intended, is not a good addition imo. The majority of recent changes are good or at least a work in progress, tho.
