Perhaps cable... but if i recall you were probably one of the last land grabs i did.... was a couple reasons why i was a little more aggressive at the end

1. Was about done land grabbing
2. Sitting with 12-14m turrets with 140% weapons tech
3. Oil was $300-400 a barrel and at times.. none on the market.. so cost was $400

Unless you were like SW and saw the opening when i was selling like 3-4m turrets and punched me before I quickly rebuilt the turrets (maybe a 10-20 minute window)... it wouldnt be worth the while to hit me...

400,000 barrels at $160-180 million
lose 1,000,000-1,200,000 jets in attack at about worth of $180 million
Cost to maintain jets while waiting from PS return.. prob another $100 million before you sell off to reduce costs

so maybe half a billion to retal when everything is accounted for... which makes most pros cringe at the thought of it... and if you goof up the retal... then your chances of getting a good score go way down to the big waste of $$. Has to be successful at the cost for the marginal benefit of land over the course of your remaining turns

I dunno about you but I would let a 100-150 land grab go when it would cost towards half a billion to successfully get the retal in when there is plenty of easier targets to get cost effective land.

So yes Cable you were capable of hitting me back i'm sure if you timed it right..but at what cost? You clearly had some IQ to not bother at the high cost.

So either you agree and get a IQ compliment or you spazz off calling me a retard again... either way I don't care.

You got alot of people who hate you and are going out of their way to hunt you and take you down and wreck your set.... so i'd be careful.... you are the bigger fish IMO that people openly want to wreck your set. RE: I found the borg thread... all i can say

During those breaks I did on the other players you were at 7 milllion NW. So 14 million turrets 20k land 140% weapons and 7 million Nw..... math doesn't lie. When I was grabbing you had 6 milllion turrets and 120% weapons. Which left you on par with my weapons. So all I needed was 5 million jets which wouldn't be hard when I already had 3.5 million from breaking the others. Like I said I left you alone but now I won't. You want to run your mouth on the forums and make all kinds of false statments feel free but I will prove you wrong everytime.

The people who are hunting for cable this set... just watch my news feed (If you know who i am... my name has not changed to the 3 who asked who i was last set ingame)... you can figure it out on your own and come to your own conclusions based on my previous sets news behaviour to guess who cable is.. since he obviously said hes coming at me this set by his earlier post on this thread.


Either way.... its a good net gaining set or Cable gets destroyed and i will focus on this 100% if he comes at me... and i'm a dangerous player because I play at all times of the day including late night when I should be sleeping to attack or stonewall. Either way i will consider it a good set and satisfying.


Isn't it ironic how there is so many people that dislike cable that they play just to hunt and destroy him... almost like a RPG game that you play the side mission instead of beating the main aspect of the game.
