EEVIL wasn't IX, nor was Regen for that matter. IX is dead. Don't get yourself confused.
Although The EEVIL Empire was a group before IX's creation, we were also a division of IX for most of its existence. Several of our div members "including Serpentor, floyd, prankster, and Xerglacia" were presidents of IX at one point or another, and many more in head positions.
Nearly every member we had since EE began have come from IX besides the few RD'ers I beleive, although you are correct in that IX is no more.
The regen/RD connection:
Xintros and myself are the only pre-IX EEVIL's left. With IX gone in earths last reset, Xin with some others helped with the formation of regen. I on the other hand played solo under the EEVIL tag that set just to see how I could do playing solo on the alliance server. My old country name caught the attention of many old IXers being in the top 10 for nearly the whole set, so talks got going of playing together in the new game. Xintros wanted to be home under the EEVIL tag name and both our tags were low in numbers, so we worked out a merger with regen. This merger with regen is also how Mr. Lime and the RD players came to EEVIL.
