We are tired of your bullying.
We are tired of you trying to instigate war every round.
Sadly you get what you want by us declaring war on you, but as one of your countries, #829 puts it, surrender or fight. That is your perpetual demand and we will not surrender to you, so we're fighting you. As an alliance that does not go around arbitrarily picking fights out of boredom or for political reasons, we have little recourse to stop you from ever warring us. You are a scourge on peaceable alliances like us. That is probably why you war prep every round and continually poke at us. Even when we are pacted your most mediocre countries regularly attack our best countries.
Well enough is enough.
We tried to broker peace this round, but the only pact terms you wanted to sign demanded that you regulate us. We are not your thralls and we never will be. We would rather war you than give in to you. We are not scared of you.
So in short, we offer you two choices:
Either bend over or go die in a fire.
