admins try to increase board activity but due many make that only 1 post its not increased much.

we have also daily bonuspoints which we can spend on several things.

takes work to get drunk and banned. i miss AT-Archives, i was kinda fond of looking up the posts that got me banned. not that it probably had an effect on my behavior, but it was nice to know that i got banned for a good reason.

Yeah, those turds made a bunch of promises of how they were going to turn the cesspool of E:2025 into this Utopia of text-based gameplay. Which, in a way, I guess they did fulfill those promises when they abruptly announced the impending closure in the middle of a reset.

yep, joltomac even had survey on what we players wanted but we didn't get anything (they said mehul's code was too crappy that everytime they changed something game crashed (which it did alot, way more than during that time I played earth2025 and mehul owned it)).

It seems everyone hates playing the actual game... why, then, do people still play? If it's the community, you could have that on Facebook or whatever.

we can't argue with eachothers w/o reason (valid or not doesn't matter) so fb not a option and quite much on what we post to ee-boards wouldn't get thru in fb.

Utopia is currently languishing in the 'where are they now' files, after they were also abandoned by Jolt/Omac... I pop by their boards occasionally just to say hi, but they appear to be where we were a couple of years ago (in sustainment mode with little or no admin intervention).

Mehul is madly building his coffee business. ;)
