I don't know if a question like this is out of line but here goes. I've been having quite the formidable back and forth with country 29 (sventopia) and just now went to dish out a little more and it says his country was deleted for rules violations. What in tarnation happened?

Following up why is this cat still ranked if he was disqualified for cheating? Perhaps he should be removed from the rankings too?

He did something bad. It could be many things, but all you need to know is that a mod thought he broke a rule.

He will fall off the rankings in a day or two~ish.
