How do players hit like 60 attakcs in a row. I know that they have obviously saved turns.

But how do they have enough military and oil? Do they stock, and then buyout oil??

saved turns, enuf military, lots of oil and missiles for readiness.

As you attack an opponent, their military decreases as well as yours, so after about 13 attacks their military will be half of what it started as. Most servers have enough oil available at any given time for a player to make as many attacks as they want.

That would imply the player had enough stocks ( cash or food ) saved to do that right?

many have 3-4 tabs open, 1 has war room, 1 has spy center/explore, 1 has explore/market and if has 4th then its market so then it is war, spy, explore, market.

120 turns on a two turn gov = 60 attacks... Sure your readiness drops but not so low to prevent you from attacking.

Have missiles to gain readiness. You could hit more than 60 in a row

that depends on target's current break. for sure you won't do 60+ attacks in row if target's break is 1m+ troops/jets unless you have 5m+ troops/jets and plenty of missiles to fire.
