wait, if you destock on pm, that means that you are selling food. Why would you have military bases. That lowers the price stuff you can sell in pm.

If only the wiki had formulae on the pages liked they used to...

However, to answer the question, 100% military bases gives you a 25% discount for buying on the PM. Include miltech as appropriate.
