Allow only a certain amount of special attacks done on a country each day(50). We want to be able to cripple a country to not be able to fight back instead of killing it. We want people to keep playing instead of leaving.

War has to be declared by both teams for it to be initiated. Else you can LG each other to hell until everyone is full of ghost acres and empty buildings lol. Solve the scarce land problems.

Team should be a team based dog eat dog server. Multiple tags banding together should not be allowed. Go play alliance for that. Retals, ror, etc... all allowed. Whatever your team can enforce is the rule that team live by. In the end, the best team wins.

Declare one winning team per set and only that team. That'll force even the tags silently working together to compete with each other eventually.

Maybe TSO can just reduced themselves to 5 tags and just be an indpendent police force with no "friendly" affiliations with anyone.

1. General rule as a republic is that if you want to gain land, you just don't want to hit a dictator at same or above net because it's too easy for them to retal. with 39mil jets. He could've PS 3 countries in the top 100 at that time and gained ~4k land without facing retals.
2. Viva double tapped the same day that rep did. Almost like they planned it. I have no proof so i don't know. Rockman has every right to be pissed. I know i would.
3. If these events didn't occur I'm sure rockamn would've been #1 or 2 easily with the money he was making he had already stocked for 10 days before he got hit. Even if he didn't rebuild after those hits and just hit the cash button for 300 turns, he would've easily passed 80m net with ease(more towards 85-90m net finish)

There's some people that just spring out of nowhere taking top 10 spots making some very precise big hits even though 95% of peeps are in DR. But these peeps seems to gain land making big hits without getting retaled every set. I really wonder how since express is more notorious for all jetting retals than any other servers. And these people obviously didn't get hit all set because of their incredibly high defense lol but this one guy comes along and was able to make some incredible LGs.

what are you trying to be? a techer, casher, industrialist, farmer, oiler or military base reseller?
in this game you need to specialize to be efficient. The easiest strat is casher. build mostly residential and enterprise zones. Some industrial at 100% spy production and at least 240 construction sites.
