Land trading between EVERYONE would be easier to do, I don't believe any one tag would be able to exploit this w/o leaving themselves vulnerable to landgrabs from other tags.

But they risk being too landfat w/o sufficient defense becuase l337 and Uber taggers can hit them and also expect a retal ONLY from that landfat country they hit, and not some near all jetter within that tagger's tag.
Uber taggers can still hit other Uber taggers and expect normal policing of policy, which is almost guaranteed a retal.
So everyone will want to hit the l337 taggers(though in the beginning there may be few to choose from) since risk of retal is less for them = more challenge to l337 taggers, although the l337 taggers have a larger target base to choose from and less risk of retal since the targets would likely be targets that wouldn't be able to retal. That is the all natural non artificial check n balance of this treaty that would change the server for ever! Methinks for the better, we don't need AI bots ( that could really be exploited IMO) or more players, but the more the merrier. Changes I can foresee are no more no-military start up strats = more military in market, more demand for oilers, more demand for different techs. larger ending acre and networth margin between skilled and the rest of the players, because the more time one is willing to invest in doing skillfull grabs and strategizing how to keep the acres.

3 or 4 tags per alliance? how so would this occur?

joined gdi this 2nd set of mine. :) worse thing that happened was someone got away with about 12,200 tech points or so in like 10 spy ops, not too bad. first all explore rep i've played here.

i am not crying, i said i enjoyed this set on this server, i stated i had learned a lesson to get sdi, and the other lesson to join gdi. I had done some double taps but the 2 guys who hit me with missiles i had done a single land grab on, check my stats on eestats, #147.

this is the first time i played express or empires for that matter and i had lost 9k acres to missile attacks past mid point of game. Where's the lesson? ahhh i needed sdi! i am sure u can learn some lesson; even if it's that this game doesn't fit you and your wasting your time waiting for it to fit u, adapt?
