I've always thought batch explore was overrated anyway.
200 turns of no production increase, and even worse it can decrease production by lowering tech values (depending on strat).

How about no allies too. I've gotten top 10 with no allies so it can be done.

I ran Express Police.

Yeah I hit you 30 times. 30 minutes before the DR from my hits wore off. Angry Birds gave you 7 more DR for the rest of the round.

Well having a tech leech, or unequal ally, or farming noobs that don't fight back aren't against the rules.

Want to know what else isn't against the rules?

Finding people who do those above mentioned things and top feeding them. bothering them with bomb banks, stealing tech, and hitting them more than once.

In fact I'm going to do just that in Express for a while. I'll be "policing" the server personally.

So when you claim you did nothing wrong, you also have to admit jedioda did nothing wrong.

There is never a time where a F should have more than 20% of land dedicated to oil. There just isn't a demand for that much oil, and it'll mostly go un-sold if you have 100% oil.

I did make a suggestion a while ago to raise the sell price on Private to $80. Didn't get much traction.

Last round I had -40% expenses bonus. On a 48.8K land, cashing @605 an acre Dict I saved $432mil on the last day alone. On average I saved about $300 mil a day in the last 3 weeks. I did however switch to PCI booms for the last 8 or 9 days.

Personally with my experience expenses bonus is just a way to stock military instead of food. We all know stocking food will lose you money. Why not stock military you'll lose money on it, but at lest you'll gain NW.

Got top Dict and almost top Dict all time. Could've done if food and tech weren't so expensive at the end (was cashing).

This is for express (should be ok in primary too, but thats a different topic).

Just trying to think of ways to improve Fascist. In my opinion D makes a way better farmer than F. So to improve F just a little increase the private sale price of oil. Without tech it'll be $280 an acre and with tech about $330.

As it stands it's a horrible idea to change to F at turn 1. If you could increase the money it makes at the beginning it'll get off to a better start and could become a contender.

Of course pop goes down when switching to F. They have a -15% pentalty to max pop. At 100A your pop will definately be under 700.

I'm playing #114. No I can't take this game seriously.
Not one attack; NOT EVEN A SINGLE ALLY ALL SET.
And I'll easily break 20 mil NW.

If everyone is as good as they say they are why all the farming of noobs, suiciding retals, mysterious DR, name calling, etc.

This game (express) has gotten to a point where its not about who can play the best. It's about who can be the biggest douche.

Until we make a change in ourselves and just calm down, and play the game (SERIOUSLY it's just a game). No rule changes will make a difference.

Theo casher is the most dependable and easiest to predict. With a tech start you can hit 25mil without grabbing.
You can be completely independant of the market except for food.

Well you're over looking one important point.

In a successful op you lose nothing.

If an opponent has a couple mil tanks or turrets you're going to lose quite a bit of resources with AB's or BR's.

The thing is #50 didn't actually DT DH. Just sent vulgar and intimidating msg's to the point of starting a war with words. So DH can only do SS or PS I believe.

I'm his ally in Express been trying to help him a bit. So I know a little about whats going on.

I made a constructive comment in the bugs and suggestions forum

[Sug] fix DRs so GS/BR/AB dont affect retals

I think all should read it and comment on its validity or implimentation. It's really time to see some discussion on DR.

I have a suggestion.

If PS and SS are counted at 100% then could we devalue the other attacks. Such as....

AB 33.3%
BR 33.3%
GS 10%

Also all failed attacks place 50% of usual DR.

This way it takes either 3 AB or BR to = 1 PS or SS. Also it would take 10 GS to = 100%. This way it does seem to be more fair, and less abuseable. If someone wants to use their friend to place them in high DR with GS it'll take 100 or so.

However we can't remove DR since it really helps with newer ones and those legitimately in a war. Something along these lines would better reflect a proper amount of DR to the level of damage done. Ten GS or 3 BR/AB would in my prespective equal nearly the same damage as an SS or PS.

What a shocker. After DH makes known his intentions a noob (winkwink) gs #50 just enough times to put him in deep DR for the rest of the round. While doing as little damage as possible.

Well I think this post got out of hand pretty quick. As it stands I won't be playing anymore.

Seems pretty silly to me. We can team up and put one another into DR for an entire set, but if we talk about doing it we get deleted.

I've played the last 6 rounds. Got 3 top 10's and about to get my 4th.

I usually don't post in the forums for this very reason(don't like the on-line pissing matches). However I do read them from time to time. If we're allowed to abuse the DR part of the game(just don't talk about it) there are probably 15-20 people who play express that can without fail get 30mil NW each and every round. Now that we're talking about it and you admit you won't do anything it'll just happen more frequently.

It's not hard to suicide gain 3k-5k acres and then get put in DR for 360 turns. Just before you come out of DR you can attack for another 3k-5k and then immediately get you Def. up to regular levels. I've seen it quite a few times. Too much for my tastes.

Seriously why does stuff like this always happen. 5 minutes after some PS 10+ GS. Then a while later the same thing. But this time the GS come in the EXACT same minute as the last attack.

And no this little man hasn't attacked me.

The game really doesn't start till about turn 450. Many play to 99 then store 360 and play them all through at once. Once we get to that point all turrets on the market will be gone and prices will jump.

This is just the constant need for people to stay in the top ten at the beginning.
