Actually, I made that grab very shortly after doing my intel but it seems that right at that moment, you had logged on and got extra military from the turns you used.

Anyways, this is my 2nd set after returning to Earth Empires since Earth 2025 a number of years ago so I have some learning to do on what's appropriate and what's not.

whats the rough percentage of success for an attack if you send say 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% extra in attack power?

I usually send 10% extra and so far 100% success

I thought GDI doesn't allow attacks anyways if it were in effect. The wiki doesn't really state clearly what GDI exactly does. Some questions off the top of my head:

1) doesn't allow countries to be attacked half or twice in size. Land or NW? When I attacked you you were about 1000 acres larger than me but with less NW but certainly not in the half or twice ranges.

2) I see a lot of people double tapping. Isn't that normal?

3) Allowed to grab once? This is the unspoken rule right, not the actual GDI.

Normal to get killed for doing two landgrabs? Was rep casher, guy was too, he literally just switched to tyranny just to GS and kill me

What are the unspoken rules that most people follow on earth?
