Multiple Countries
Multiple countries are not allowed.
Clans
Clans are allowed.
Team Server
Countries cannot leave a clan once they have joined it and ingame alliances can only be sent to clan members.
Turn Rate
Turns are given every 1 minutes.
Maximum Turns
Countries can hold a maximum of 1200 (1200) turns.
Extra Start Turns
Initial countries are awarded 180 extra turns at the start.
Time to Market
The minimum time for market goods to arrive on the market is 0.02 hours. The maximum time is 0.02 hours.
Time on Market
Unsold goods stay on the market for a user-specified amount of time between 24 and 1440 hours.
Public Market Tech Floor
Technology priced at or below $500 is automatically purchased on the public market.
Planned Strikes
A planned strike brigade is unavailable for 23 hours after launching. This seems to long, 12 hours seems more like it.
Spy ops per Day
A country can carry out a maximum of 5 spy operations per day. This is two low it should at least 50 per day,.
Attacking Losses
The base percentage for Standard Strike military attacking losses is 98%.
Unused Acres
Unused acres cannot be dropped.
Ingame Alliances
This following ingame alliances are not permitted: defensive, trade,
Jet Expenses
Base military expenses for jets are $0.20.
Tech Networth
Tech points are worth 4 networth each instead of 2 networth.
Major Change Set
The Major Change Set number of this server is 25. Dose GDI rules still apply ?

My 2 cents worth drop the zeros in all fields yes! And drop the recovery time on PS, back to two hours.
and when GDI stops all hostilities, the bots should stop growing to in the standings.
And this hitting the same bot more than 4 times in 24 hours attack gain drops to 5 acres, makes it not worth doing, I agree.
Change turn wait time from 4 mins to 2 mins. and allow higher number of turns to be stored. This would speed things up a bit. And masking the bots, will cut double tapping down, because of no way to tell a bot from a live player, it will create more wars, and this is a war game. It would slow players down, from grabbing so much land, by hitting, bots 5 or 6 times, if they can't find them. Back when I first started playing the only way to find a bot was spy, and look for how many turns they had. Bots usually had zero turns, and no NPC markings in search, made it hard to find them, and this would all so force players to build defenses.

You guy retal me sure but the set ends when GDI kicks Sunday, and I am done tell Tuesday. So as there is no prize in the game I say have fun , by the end of the game.

I built up my forces and its at end of the set before end and GDI kicks in Its time to hit live players for big scoring hits. It not like there is a prize at the end any way.

I say new rule, Bots stop growing on Sunday morning, as GDI kicks in, and stops all land grabs, If I can't hit bots all way to the end , so should they stop growing.
