That clause is true cos we have been using it now for some years in our pacts. We added it after our little war against SOF and IMP cos you guys FA'd them during our war and yes we were allies back then...

mdevol for that pact breaking thing, i think this is actually a second set in a row when we dont have a pact. Last time when we had one was when your guy(s) did harmful spyops against our top countries. We both are/have lazy ppl doing pacts so maybe thats why we dont have an official one ;)

why dont we have the spy dr for harmfull spyops working the same way than for landgrabs? country:country harmfull ops, maybe limit it to 10-15 failed ops, after that you will fail all of them?

it would make warring much more interesting when more ppl have to have high spal.
