Haha why thank you, Patience :) Good to be back! I also miss Khan - he taught me how to program a calculator in C++ when I was a wee youngen and now I actually work for a technology company (although I'm in sales).

I just submitted an application to join SoF again via their website haha :P Has much changed in the game over the last 10-15 years?? What is going on here?! I am also super old now coming in at a whopping 28 years :P

Wow definitely seeing some names throughout this thread that I remember! Just found out a co-worker is leaving for another company and one of the founders names' is Mehul Patel and I just had to come check out how things were going here :) I used to play quite a bit many years ago before MP sold Earth to Swirve! Was in SoF (used to go by the name Sniper of SoF if I remember correctly).

Definitely remember the names of Martian and Patience :) I certainly miss the old IRC "war chats" with Helmet, Khan, DrCoke, Aponic, etc. etc. etc. - How have things with Earth? Thinking about getting back in the game!

Also very upsetting to see Martian mention some of the past IRL Earth meetups (I was always so pissed I couldn't go....was too young at the time and parents weren't cool with it unfortunately...)
