Well you would generally need ships to send oil or pipelines at least!

1 reason that it'd be abusable, if 10 countries send 20% of their 1b oil to 1 country then that country would get a lot oil generated units.

That can be creatively limitied with less % or max barrels per FA

if some alliances/trams want to make 1 supercountry every set then fine, i don't give a fluff so yea allow sending oil to ally. during war it'd be nice if price is ~500 bcks since restarts don't necessarily have money to buy that much of that oil.

They can one super country with land internal farming or mass bushel fa'ing.

It will help war but not ruin netting. Maybe one time laf loses to an oil fa but then pang changes the rules or laf does the fa oil just simply better and still wins.

I support this change.
