Had dicts getting bigger cash totals off me on GS than the tyrannies presumably because they just had more cash home.
Seems T bonus of 25% is not factored in to the formula cap either, so T is basically 25% less effective and in reality will often never receive the 25% bonus. Whoever had more cash, bushels, tech, troops etc home was doing far more damage than the Tyrannies. Might as well just remove that part of the explanation of T because at this point, unless T can go beyond the cap and recieve its 25%, the country explanation is a lie.
