For stocks war thats about right. It's arguable whether getting 100 spal on 40k acres and then dropping to 20k or actually building 200 spal on 40k acres is more effective. But most active dogs do one or the other. Wallers tend to drop down, non-wallers shouldn't unless the burn stock fast to break early.
