It's not hard either. Now that the plea agreement has been found in violation of the 2004 Crime Victims Rights Act, the attourney general has an obligation to the people to re-open the case and make the findings public. In addition, all co-conspirators need to have their immunity revoked, and need to be tried for their crimes.

The ball is now in William Barr's court as of 4 days ago when Acosta talked about it in the house. And i hope to god he does the right thing. There is nothing more disturbing and disgusting than this.

As of right now, Acosta seems to be shifting the blame on to the judge, but without transparency in the case, the investigation into why or how is difficult. I hope with all my heart, as with Russian collusion, that this does not reach the highest levels of government. But something stinks about this and the people have a right to know the facts.

It just seems highly suspicious that this is literally the only case or even job that acosta has ever been involved with, that falls under the jurisdiction of the department he currently leads.
