In tourney, it showing the correct BPT based on the targets govt and not mine. Just spied on a country & confirmed it. In tourney, there are no bots I know. So it's either a bots issue or express issue. I think I have saved screenshots of express spy ops from previous sets saved on my other phone. I will try to find them to confirm.
