It's actually quite a bit easier than you think. You see we all have cell phones that can be texted and war dogs dont mind getting a text to kill something. Sol uses WhatsApp but the concept is the same. It only takes like 1 minute to kill something now. You just text the group message and those who can hit do so. If those that can't hit during that chat give a time, we text everyone again then. It isn't complicated. We've had members from the Philippines, Europe, the Americas and the Marshal Islands all manage to hit in chats.

If your leader is unable to make that happen then you probably have a lazy warleader.
