PANLV + CIA networth jumped well beyond IMP's during the FS. To the tune of 400 million of (30%) more NW than IMP. Then CIA had another 16 countries tag (tag jumping?) to join them against IMP.

Listen, I am fine with the situation. But can we just step back and think about this for a minute.

What you are saying, is that in the past, FFA should have evened up every war for the aggressor (aka, attacking side), when they went after a larger opponent, for the sake of a good war. Both PANLV and CIA were the aggressors.

Well, well, well... that sure would have been a nice situation for just about every war I ever lost in my FFA career.
