i think anything can be kill-worthy. but what is delete-worthy? because delete-worthy shouldnt depend on what's kill-worthy, otherwise it's very unclear-cut boundaries for that. you can't unify the retal policy, that would be retarded.

i think the only thing that is delete-worthy right now is any form of collaborative killing.
