What it has to do with it is this: if you were carrying low enough defense and hitting big enough players that they can retal in 7 minutes or double pop you back, and you're hitting them for massive acres like 1479A (1922A) and 1519A (2021A) or the hit on "u" for 1548A (2205A), then you are abusing DR - especially if you're under DR for the rest of the reset, so they can't even wait it out and have absolutely no recourse. You are doing something unfair to those players. What could you do? Well, for starters, you could possibly not take cheap shots, how about that? You could possibly fight back the guy who hit you, or just cash out (you had 18-20k land already) or maybe even grab some normal guys in normal grabs instead of people intentionally using DR to protect you while you make grabs only a moron would ever make under normal circumstances. Not that complicated.
