Yes it does exist. Now if I had said that I was from Ware, IA you would be correct. (the town of Ware, Ia was dis-established about 25-35 years ago and its 5-10 remaining residents are now in the Havelock zip code. It is neat to drive threw though if you like seeing ghost towns.)
