Pontius, some of the people still being ABed have 0 tanks....So yeah, the guy is still hitting us with <100 tanks...

well that explains it... ABs aren't overpowered provided you have at least some defense. I think it's reasonable to require countries to ahve some defense.

I think they are. Say you got a 3k acre country, 15k tanks. It would take hardly any attacks to "ramp up" vs. such a low number of tanks. I could make an alliance country and AB the countries *with* tanks to prove demonstrate but I think I'll pass on that.
