Yesterday, I logged in very shortly after the round started. I had one turn on hand.
Today, I waited until the portal was showing it had been 18 hours since my last login. Upon logging in, there was no message about my people being grateful for me leaving them alone.. Upon reaching the main screen, I had 56 turns available. 18 hours logged out would yield 54 turns, plus presumably one more turn had been gained yesterday before I logged out.
I logged in within seconds of my "last login" time changing from 17.9 to 18 hrs, but even so, I would think I'd have gotten the 3 bonus turns for staying logged out for 12 hrs.
