I don't like to think of this as a 'friendly war'. To me this is a pre-arranged war between two alliances that really don't like each other that much. An opportunity to duke it out and vent some of that pent up distaste for each other without the nuisance of excessive plotting and political clap trap to get the FS advantage.

A date is set, terms to be agreed upon and off we go.
