say you have a country with 360 turns on hand, a non tyranny for example the commie i used. assuming you dont get any bounces here is how it works. for every 75 hits you make, you spend 25 turns regaining back to 100% readiness. so lets assume the country is in max DR and you are only getting 10a per grab. for every 75 hits you get 750 acres, thats 175 turns. so for 350 turns you can take 1500 acres, leaving said country with 300 acres.

now you wait 3.5 hours to gain the additional turns you need to grab the last 300 acres
