I shared my perspective with you simply in response to the SoF line that you didn't want a war, PDM was the aggressor, etc. I am not trying to start or engage in a flame war. If you can't see our perspective then we're either wildly paranoid or you're blind, or maybe a little of both.

When "SoF" comes up on our leader board, the connotations that immediately come to mind are generally along the lines of "fluffs who fluff with us for no good reason". Sov, I believe that you want to change SoF's poor reputation on the server and I am certainly one for second chances and beyond. Maybe you could begin by thinking about how your "diverse" leadership team comes across in discussions, or clearly define who the decision makers are. Otherwise the "our door is always open" line doesn't hold much water.
