we chose to escalate it. we're not trying to make sanct the bad guy, but sanct (through Thomas) definitely made this issue into something much bigger than it needed to be. thomas ending up being wrong about the policy and "apologizing" came a bit late.

maybe don't let Thomas bluff against players who are already known for being ready to go all-in before the flop if all you're holding is 2-7, unsuited.
