DH didn't do anything wrong until dropping a bit of land. But they were going to land:land anyway :/. Laf doesn't lose that much because of Ghost acres.
In such a situation I would accept land:land if FA or Red said so but I wouldn't want to drop defense, laf can afford a few jets.
Its more an issue of attitude and communication. if you phrase things the wrong way, or communicate with the wrong attitude. you will just get everyone off side, regardless of whats right or whats wrong.
Ultimately this is a topic that probably would have been best talked through on IRC or ICQ rather than AT.

Not posting on AT as much because Maki/Steeps gave back some of my forums on GHQ. RIP my decade long blog, my blog even had replies from people who are no longer with us :(.
